Cancellation Policy 

Bangalow Bookings

Please note we have a 48 hour cancellation policy for Bangalow bookings, any treatments cancelled within this time frame will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost. Treatments cancelled within 24 hours of treatment time will be charged in full.

In House Bookings

Please note we have a 72 Hour cancellation policy for all in house bookings, any treatments cancelled within this time frame will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost. Treatments cancelled within 48 hours of the treatment time will be charged in full.

Please note for all bookings that we require a 50% deposit to secure your treatment/s. The remaining 50% may be paid on the day of your treatment/s.
